If you have ever competed in an NPC show in the state of Alaska, send me and e-mail alaskafit@npcalaska.com and include a short bio and your favorite pictures from your shows.  Just cut and paste this information into your e-mail and I should be able to get it up in a few days.  Here are a few simple rules:
