Factoid: Bill and I have been married since Sept. 24, 2005 we got married during a NPC bodybuilding show here in Fairbanks. I was a diver and swimmer for my high school in Sitka Alaska and went to State Championships for both diving and swimming.  At one time I tipped the scales at almost 200 lbs and lost the weight by doing the Body for Life Challenge and changing the way I live my life.  I am hoping to finish my ISSA certification and help others lead healthy and fulfilling lives.
